Receta Three Month Muffins (Health Muffins)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. oatmeal (quick)
- 2 c. shredded wheat, crushed
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour, mixed with 5 teaspoon baking soda & 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. All Bran
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 pound brown sugar
Direcciones
- Pour water over cereal. Add in ingredients in their order. Raisins, minced dates, minced nuts may be added if you like. Bake 25 to 35 min at 350 degrees. Store batter in plastic container in refrigerator and use as wanted. Baked muffins can be frzn.
