Receta Tim's Favorite Marinated Flank Steak

- 1 (10 ounce.) bottle soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, cut in 1/2
- Flank steak
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Marinade flank steaks for at least 4 hrs, turning 3-4 times. Broil or possibly BBQ. Slice flank steaks on the diagonal across the grain.
