Receta Tina's Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. process sharp cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to directions; drain. Heat butter over medium heat; blend in salt, pepper, and flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix is smooth and bubbly.
- Remove from heat; stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute, remove from heat. Stir in cheese till melted. Stir macaroni into cheese mix.
- Place in ungreased 1 1/2-qt casserole dish. Cook uncovered in 375 degree oven for 30 min.
