Ingredientes
- 2 c. mascarpone cheese
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 whl sponge cake
- 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla, coffee liqueur, and instant coffee in a mixing bowl and whip till stiff.
- Split sponge cake in thirds. Spread 1/2 of cream mix on bottom layer.
- Place middle layer on it, spread with remaining cream. Replace top layer.
- Chill for 1 hour. Just before serving, dust top of cake with cocoa pwdr.
