Receta Toasted Coconut Cream Cheese (No Bake) Pie
Delicious summertime treat for the entire family!
Ingredientes
- 9" Pie Crust (Frozen-thaw)
- 3/4 cup sweetened Toasted Coconut (toast on stove top-small pan until lightly brown)
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 450 F
- Prick bottom of pie crust and put into the oven and bake 6 minutes remove and set aside
- In the bowl of a stand mixer using the paddle attachment add softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and run on low to combine, add sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk and run mixer on high several minutes to a creamy consistency, Transfer to the pie shell, smooth out with an offset spatula
- Add Toasted coconut to the top, refrigerate until ready to serve.
