Receta Tom Kha Gai

Ingredientes
- 2 x Boneless chicken breast cut up bit sized
- 2 x -TO
- 3 stalk of lemon grass cut up into 2" pcs and separated
- 6 piece of dry galangal
- 1 can Coconut lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dry crushed red chilis (optional)
- 7 c. -Water
Direcciones
- Place the chicken, lemon grass and galangal in a soup pot. Add in the water and cook over medium for about 30 min. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 min. You may need to adjust the salt, sugar and water as I find the taste varies with the brand of coconut lowfat milk used. Serve with extra chilis and white rice.
