Ingredientes
- 5 c. Minced, (blended) tomatillos
- 1Â 1/2 c. Green chilies finely minced
- 1/2 c. Finely minced jalapeno peppers
- 4 c. Finely minced onion
- 1 c. Bottled lemon juice
- 6 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin, (more or possibly less)
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a large kettle, bring to boil over high heat stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally. Ladle into warm jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Adjust lids and process for 20 min in a boiling water bath.
- (green tomatoes may be substituted for the tomatillos)
