Receta Tortilla Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. tomatoes, peeled & minced
- 1 can condensed beef bouillon
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
- 3 tortillas, cut in 1/2" strips
- 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, chili and garlic in oil till soft. Add in tomatoes, bouillon, chicken broth, water, tomato juice, cumin, chili pwdr, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce. Bring soup to a boil, lower heat, simmer covered for 1 hour. Add in tortillas and cheese and simmer 10 min longer.
