Receta Tomato and Avocado Salad
This salad has a slightly tart dressing complements the summer fresh vegetables wonderfully.
Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground Cumin
- 2 Medium Tomatoes, Cut Into Wedges
- 2 Medium Ripe Avocados, Peeled and Sliced
- Lettuce Leaves, Optional
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, whisk the oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic salt, oregano and cumin.
- Arrange tomatoes and avocados on lettuce if desired. Drizzle with dressing.
