Receta Tomato And Broccoli Bake

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. cavatilli
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 5 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and minced
- 1 c. snipped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano, crushed
- 2 c. fresh or possibly frzn minced broccoli
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cook pasta, drain well. In saucepan cook onion, and garlic in butter till tender. Add in tomatoes, parsley, broth, oregano, basil and salt. Bring to a boil and add in broccoli. Cover and simmer 4 min.
- Add in pasta to tomato mix. Turn into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 5 min more.
