Receta Tomato & Avocado Salad
Ingredientes
- 2 Ripe Tomatoes
- 2 Haas Avocado
- one lemon
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- parsley for garnish
Direcciones
- Cut tomatoes in wedges
- Remove pits from both avocado and slice thick squeeze lemon juice over slices
- In a small ramekin add oil, vinegar, salt mix well
- Layer a side dish one wedge tomato, one thick slice avocado, repeat
- Garnish with parsley
