Receta Tomato, Basil, And Mozzarella Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 pound lg., red, very ripe tomatoes (2-3 tomatoes)
- 2 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Dash cracked pepper
Direcciones
- Slice tomatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices; 4 slices per tomato. Arrange 2-3 slices on each salad plate. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top of each tomato. Cut fresh basil leaves into strips and top each tomato with basil. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the tops and add in a dash of pepper. Enjoy!
- This makes a great summer salad.
