Receta Tomato Gumbo Soup
Ingredientes
- 2 (15 ounce.) cans tomato with rice soup
- 2 cans (15 ounce.) cans whole stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (8 ounce.) zucchini with tomato sauce
- 2 zucchini
- 1 green pepper
- Salt
- Pepper (approx. 6 generous shakes)
Direcciones
- Add in together soup with stewed tomatoes and canned zucchini with two cans of water plus liquid from the stewed tomatoes and canned zucchini. Stir under high heat. Add in minced zucchini and green pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 10 people.
