Receta Tomato Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. uncooked macaroni
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 quart. tomatoes & juice, canned or possibly fresh
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton cottage cheese
- 1/2 pound cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Mix onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and salt together. Add in cottage cheese and mix gently. Add in cheddar cheese and mix gently. Mix with macaroni, and place in greased casserole. Sprinkle oregano on top. Bake in 325 to 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till heated and bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
