Receta Tomato, Potato And Avocado Table Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 x white or possibly red rose or possibly other boiling potato quartered
- 2 x ripe hard avocados
- 4 x plum tomatoes seeded, diced
- 1 x white onion minced
- 3 x serrano peppers - (to 6) stemmed, minced
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- Freshly-grnd black pepper 6 grinds
- Juice of 1 lime
Direcciones
- Boil potato in small saucepan till tender, about 15 min. Drain and cold potato, then peel and cut into 1/4-inch dice. Place in medium bowl.
- Peel and dice avocados into 1/4-inch dice and add in to bowl. Add in tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice and mix gently. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve at room temperature or possibly slightly cold.
