Receta Tomato, Shrimp & Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. basil
- 3 tbsp. chives
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 green peppers, minced
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1 pound grated Jarlsberg cheese
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- CRUST: Mix flour and butter in medium bowl. Stir till mix resembles cornmeal. Pour in water, add in salt and stir. Place on board, roll pie crust. Place in 11" pan.
- FILLING: Cook shrimp till just done. Saute/fry basil, chives, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, onions, peppers in butter. Mix Large eggs and mayonnaise in large bowl, add in cheese. Cut tomatoes in chunks, add in to cheese mix. Add in shrimp and vegetables to cheese mix and mix well. Put into crust. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
