Receta Tomato Soup
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic finely sliced
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 4 medium sized tomatoes chopped (approx 3 cups of chopped tomatoes)
- 1 small potato boiled and chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli powder (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 3-4 cups of water
- For serving:
- Cream
- Croutons
