Receta Tomato Soup Pressur Pot
Ingredientes
- 3 Lbs. Tomato peeled and quartered
- 2 Carrots grated
- 1/2 Yellow Onion diced medium size
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 C Water
Direcciones
- Place ingredients in Pressure Pot
- Set to soup
- When cooked . Remove place into Food Processor and
- Puree.
- Place back in to Pressure Pot and cook without pressure until
- desired thickness.
- Add milk or cream at end
