Receta Top Ramen Salad Royale

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt Garden Vegetable Flavor Top Ramen
- 2 c. red or possibly green cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 4 x green onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. mandarin orange slices (canned)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds, shelled
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. light vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard pwdr
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â Juice from 1 fresh lime
- 1 x Top Ramen seasoning packet
- 1/2 c. almonds or possibly pine nuts, slivered
- 1/2 c. Provolone cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Cook Top Ramen noodles according to package, but don't add in seasoning packet. Drain noodles. Place noodles in large salad bowl. Add in cabbage, onions, sesame seeds, orange slices and sunflower seeds and toss. In a mixing c. add in sugar, oil, mustard pwdr, salt, pepper, lime juice and one Top Ramen seasoning packet. Mix well and add in to noodle mix. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts and cheese.
