Receta Tortellini Soup

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce refrigerated meat or possibly cheese tortell 2 c.
- 2 can chicken broth (13 1/2 ounce. ea.)
- 1 bn watercress
- 1/4 c. green onions finely minced
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese divided
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat broth to boiling in a medium saucepan. Throw away large stems of watercress; cut small stems crosswise into thirds. Stir tortellini, watercress, green onions, 2 Tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes into broth. Cook over medium-high heat 2 min.
- Sprinkle each serving with about 1/2 Tablespoons of the remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
