Receta Trinity's Wild Rice Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
- 2 c. cubed turkey
- 3 c. sauteed or possibly boiled vegetables
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter in suacepan. Add in flour to make roux with a wire whip. Slowly add in broth and cream. Keep sauce hot and thick. Add in turkey, rice and vegetables. Season to taste. If too thick add in more broth or possibly half and half.
