Receta Triple Berry Pie

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. raspberries
- 1Â 1/2 c. strawberries , sliced
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 x baked pastry shell (9 inch) , cooled
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1Â 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 tub (8 ounce.) Cold WHIP Whipped Topping
Direcciones
- Mix berries in large bowl. Pour into pastry shell.
- Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water till smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat till mix comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin till completely dissolved.
- Cold to room temperature. Pour over berries in pastry shell.
- Chill 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Spread whipped topping over pie before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
