  • 1 ct , (8 ounce.) cream cheese with pineapple, softened
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Frzn non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. Flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1 can (15-1/4 ounce.) DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad, liquid removed
  • 1 c. Sliced DOLE Strawberries
  • 1 x Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

  1. PREPARATION TIME 10 min FREEZING TIME 4 hrs
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar till light and fluffy. Mix in whipped topping and coconut. Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Spread cream cheese mix into 8-inch circle, on baking sheet, building up sides slightly with back of spoon. Freeze 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Place cream cheese crust on serving plate. Garnish crust with additional toasted coconut, if you like. Arrange tropical fruit salad, strawberries and kiwi on crust.
  3. Serve immediately.
