Receta Tuna Or Chicken Roll Ups

Ingredientes
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, diced
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt (I use yogurt)
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese or possibly Mozzarella, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 c. diced chicken or possibly tuna (I use tuna)
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and butter; add in diced water chestnuts and cook for about 3 min. Remove from heat and add in lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, bread crumbs, beaten egg, cheese, pepper and tuna or possibly chicken. Roll up in crescent roll, starting at wide end. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
- Preparation: 15 min.
- Cooking: 15 min.
- Very easy recipe. Yields 16 sandwiches.
