- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. onion (minced fine)
- 1/4 c. green pepper (minced fine)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. flaked salmon or possibly 1 lg. can tuna
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients and place in an 8 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
