  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in saucepan; add in green pepper and cook 2 min. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add in lowfat milk; cook, stirring till slightly thickened.
  2. Blend together egg, lowfat sour cream, and mayonnaise; stir into sauce. Add in vegetables and tuna or possibly salmon.
  3. Turn into greased 1 qt baking dish. Arrange tomato wedges on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
  4. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet and add in chow mein noodles and heat till slightly browned. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
