Ingredientes
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can tuna, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Stir together rice, tuna, cheese, 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs, onion, pepper and egg till well blended. Shape mix firmly into 4 patties. Coat with remaining crumbs. In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add in patties and cook till browned on both sides.
