  • 1 (2 layer) chocolate cake mix with pudding
  • 1/3 c. squeeze butter
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 T squeeze butter
  • 2 ounce Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 T corn syrup

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting butter for oil. Reserve 1 cup batter. Pour remaining batter into 12-cup grease and lightly floured fluted tube pan.Put together cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended. Blend in large eggs, one at a time. Pour over batter in pan. Spoon reserve batter over cream mix. Bake 1 hour or possibly till inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool 30 min; remove to wire rack.
  2. Put together butter, chocolate, and corn syrup in small saucepan. Cook over low heat till chocolate is melted. Pour over cooled cake.
  3. Preparation time: 15 min; cooking time: 35 min; serving: 12.
