- 1/4 Cup Green pepper- small dice
- 1 jalapeno-fine dice
- 1/2 Cup Light Cream Cheese- Room temp
- 1 cup Mozza Cheese
- 1/2 cup Red pepper-small dice
- 8 Slices lean turkey
- 1/2 cup red onion-thin sliced
- 4 whole wheat wraps
Direcciones
- Mix the Green pepper, Cranberries and jalapenos together for the Salsa. Preheat two large pan on medium. as you wait. spread Cream cheese on each Wrap. When the pan is warm. Put One wrap in one pan and toss your Turkey slices in the other to warm, Cream Cheese side up. next layer put on one half some Cranberry salsa, then spread a bit of mozza on the whole thing.put two slices of the warmed turkey on the opposite side of the cranberry salsa. Next Put on some red onion and red pepper. Fold the wrap over and remove from pan. cut into 3 wedges Repeat with Remaining wraps
