Receta Turkey Croquettes

Ingredientes
- 2 T butter
- 1 T minced onion
- 4 T flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly turkey broth
- Salt and pepper
- 2 c. cooked minced turkey
Direcciones
- Heat butter, add in onion. Cook till soft and golden brown; add in flour and stir till blended; slowly add in liquid and stir over low heat till thick and smooth.Season to taste add in turkey. Refrigerate thoroughly. Shape into croquettes. Dip in egg and crumbs and fry in deep fat 375 to 385 degrees 3 to 5 min or possibly till browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
