Receta Turkey Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 pound grnd turkey
- 32 ounce. spaghetti sauce (jar or possibly home recipe)
- 1 1/2 lbs. low or possibly no fat ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & liquid removed
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella
Direcciones
- Boil lasagna noodles. Drain and set aside. Brown grnd turkey with minced onion in Dutch oven. Drain fat. (Rinse with boiling water to remove extra fat.) Add in sauce to turkey and simmer. Beat 1 egg in bowl. Fold in ricotta cheese and well liquid removed spinach. In large pan layer noodles, ricotta mix, sauce and Mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly bubbling.
