Receta Turkey Sausage Stir Fry
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. zucchini, 1/2 slices
- 1/2 c. yellow squash, 1/2 slices
- 1/2 c. onion, thin slices
- 1/2 c. mushroom sliced
- 1/2 c. bell or possibly red pepper, thin slices
- 3 ounce. 90% fat-free turkey sausage, small cuts
- 2 teaspoon reduced calorie butter or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Use equal amounts of vegetables (depends on how much you want to make).
- Put all in skillet and stir fry. Serve over 1/3 c. of rice with soy sauce.
