Receta Turkey schnitzels with four types of cheese

Ingredientes
- 40g Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
- 80g Gorgonzola (or other blue cheese), cut into cubes
- 40g fontina cheese (or Gouda), cut into cubes
- 20g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 100ml milk
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 300g turkey meat (4 small schnitzels)
- 2 sage leaves, chopped
- Parsley leaves, chopped
Direcciones
- Melt cheese cubes and grated Parmesan in milk over low heat, stirring occasionally. When cheese is completely melted, set the sauce aside, season with pepper.
- In a pan sauté the schnitzels for 3 minutes on both sides over low heat.
- Pour the cheese sauce over schnitzels, sprinkle with chopped herbs, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low.
- Serve immediately with rice and green salad.
