Receta Turkey Spinach Salad With Bacon

- Tangy Marinade (below)
- 2 c. cut-up cooked turkey
- 5 ounce. spinach, torn into bite-size pcs
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets, cut into 1/4 inch pcs
- 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- Grated Parmesan cheese, if you like
Direcciones
- Prepare Tangy Marinade; pour over turkey. Cover and chill at least 15 min but no longer than 24 hrs. Toss turkey mix with spinach, broccoli and water chestnuts. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with cheese. 6 servings.
