Put in crock pot or possibly stock pot with all other ingredients except lowfat sour cream and wine. Crock pot: Cook on low 6-8 hrs or possibly on high for 3 hrs. Stock pot: Simmer on low for 1 hour or possibly more. Stir in lowfat sour cream and wine an hour before serving. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
