Receta Turkey Stuffing!
Family Tradition passed down from generation to generation. The Best stuffing I have ever had. I dont like bread stuffing, but this is to die for! It calls for a 20 lb Turkey but we never stuff the bird with this. Try is once and you will never go back.
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 Mozzerella (cut into small cubes)
- 4 Pounds of Chop meat ( We use ground Pork) Tastes better. Sauteed.
- 2/4 to 1 pound of Rice (cooked)
- About 2 cups of grated Parm ( I prefur Loccatelli-Romano) It has a stronger flavor but any will do.
- 2 cups of mushrooms chop stems fine.
- 2 Onions Chopped fine.
- Pignolis ( I prefer whole. you can chop)
- About 2 Cups of Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh Broccolli
Direcciones
- Sautee Meat till browned.
- Cook rice
- Sautee Chopped Mushrooms and Onions in Olive Oil,
- Mix all ingredients in LARGE mixing bowl.
- Place in a Pan and Bake till top os golden brown and bubbling.
