Receta Macadamia Turkey Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Pan drippings from turkey roasting pan
- 1/2 c. Minced onions
- 3/4 c. Minced celery
- 4 c. Dry bread cubes
- 1/2 c. Minced macadamia nuts
- 1/2 c. Or possibly to taste frsh diced ripe pineapple (omit if you dont want it)
- 1 c. Turkey stock (chicken is fine too)
- 2 x Large eggs Salt and pepper to taste Poultry seasoning to taste (optional)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions and celery crisp tender in the turkey drippings.Stir in bread cubes, nuts and pineapple. Pour on hot stock and Large eggs.Season to taste.Place in casserole and cover and bake in moderate oven until well heated .Serve along with the turkey.Serves 6
