Receta Turkey Vegetable Soup With Noodles

Ingredientes
- 3 turkey wings
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or possibly sage
- 3 sm. potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1 can peas
- 1/2 pound egg noodles
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound carrots, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 c. flour diluted with 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Bring 2 qts water to a boil with salt and pepper. Lower to a simmer to add in wings, sage or possibly seasoning and carrots. Cover for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add in potatoes. Simmer for another hour while covered. Remove wings from broth. Peel off skin from wings and throw away the skin. Chop the meat and put on the side. Add in the flour to the 1 c. of water and stir till dissolved and smooth. Add in to broth. Simmer over low flame till blended in thoroughly. Add in turkey and can of peas to broth. Make egg noodles in a separate pot al dente. Add in to soup and serve with warm, buttered biscuits.
