Receta Turkey Yogurt Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 (28 ounce.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Cook turkey, onions, garlic pwdr and oregano in 4 qt sauce pot till turkey is thoroughly cooked. Add in spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and water. Cover and simmer for 30 min. While sauce is simmering, combine yogurt, egg, basil and nutmeg in large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Begin with tomato sauce in large lasagna pan. Then noodles, then cheese mix. Repeat layering and end with tomato sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let sit 10 min.
