Receta Turnip Carrot Cabbage Slaw
Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded white turnip
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Toss vegetables together gently with a mix of salt, pepper and mayonnaise till are proportionately coated. Chill, covered, in refrigerator till ready to serve. Serves 6.
