  1. Heat butter. Add in turnips, potatoes and onion. Cook on medium heat till tender (about 20 min). Sprinkle in flour and blend. Add in broth and stir well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min. Cold and blend in food processor or possibly blender till smooth. Add in Milnot and salt to taste. Reheat. Serve warm.
