Receta Ukrainian Honey Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. buckwheat honey
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. oil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300°. Line a 9"x11" pan with wax paper.Beat sugar and egg yolks together. Add in honey and beat together. Add in baking soda and lowfat sour cream and beat together. Add in flour with baking pwdr and beat. Add in oil and beat. Mix in beaten egg whites (stiff). Bake 45 min. Let cool 5 min in pan, then turn out on a cloth on a pillow (this holds steam in cake).
