Receta Unbaked Caramel Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 1 can (5 1/3 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk (2/3 c.)
- 1 pkg. (4 ounce.) instant butterscotch pudding & pie filling mix
- 3 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
Direcciones
- In large pan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated lowfat milk. Bring mix to boil, stirring frequently.
- Remove pan from heat and add in instant pudding mix and oats. Mix well and cold 15 min. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cookies cold. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Makes about 5 dozen.
