Receta Veal Paprika

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. tomatoes, seeded and minced
- 1 1/2 pound veal cubes
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Direcciones
- In a large fry pan, saute/fry onions and garlic in butter till soft and golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, veal, and paprika. Cover and cook 45 min on medium heat. Uncover and cook 15 min longer. Add in peppers and cook till tender; season with salt and pepper and stir in mushrooms. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
