Receta Veal With White Wine And Mushrooms
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. stew veal
- 8 ounce. pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. white wine
- Fresh grnd black pepper
- Lawry's-salt-free seasoning

- (May substitute chicken for veal.)
- Cut veal into bite size pcs, place in lightly greased fry pan. Sprinkle veal with black pepper and lightly cover all pcs with seasoning salt. Brown meat lightly on one side then turn and cover other side lightly with season salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, slice mushrooms thickly and place into the fry pan on medium heat, stirring occasionally till mushrooms are cooked (approximately 5 min).
- Then add in 1 c. white wine, cover and simmer 20-30 min.
