Ingredientes
- 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 lg. can pineapple (crushed) in its own juice
- 1/2 c. grated green pepper
- 1 sm. grated onion
- 3 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 c. grated nuts
Direcciones
- Blend carrot, pepper and onion together. Drain pineapple by squeezing juice out through cheese cloth or possibly something similar. Mix pineapple with carrot, pepper and onion. Blend salt with the cream cheese. Add in all of the above together and roll into a ball adding only 3/4 of the nuts. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
