- Sauce: 4 tbsp butter
- â cup flour
- 1½ vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup milk
- Biscuit Topping: 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
