Receta Vegetable Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (6 ounce.) lemon or possibly lime Jello
- 1/4 c. minced olives
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. minced cucumber
- 1 tbsp. pimento
- 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 green onion, minced
Direcciones
- Mix Jello with 1 1/4 c. boiling water. Cold and set till Jello is the consistency of egg whites. Mix all above ingredients well. Pour into mold and chill for 3 hrs.
