Receta Vegetable Medley Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 Packages frzn vegetable medley
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 lg. can French onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Packages shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs beaten
Direcciones
- Cook vegetables and drain. Add in butter and Large eggs, then season to taste. Fold in mushrooms and lowfat sour cream. Add in French onions. Smooth soup with lowfat milk and add in to other ingredients. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
- Optional: Paprika may be sprinkled on top to help brown.
