Receta Vegetable Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. green onion (include top) sliced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 ounce.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. pimientos, minced
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Cook onion in butter over medium heat till soft. Add in remaining ingredients, except rice. Bring to boil. Put rice in greased casserole. Pour liquid mix on top. Stir well. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 min. Serve 4. 135 calories each serving.
